Payment + Shipping
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept paypal, venmo, Care Credit or Apple Pay at the moment.
Due to the demand for shipping this holiday season, REN Dermatology can not guarantee packages will be delivered by December 25, 2020. Please choose another delivery method, such as pick up, if you need to have your products by a certain time in December. Thank you.
We offer USPS standard shipping for $8.50. If you spend over $150, your standard shipping is FREE. If you place your order before 2PM on any weekday, you may choose to overnight your order via FEDEX Ground for an additional $27. Pick up at either office is available upon request.
If everything is running smoothly, it will take up to 2 business days to process your order. It will take 5-7 business days after your order is processed to receive your order if it is shipped USPS standard shipping. UPDATE: December 2020, REN Dermatology can not guarantee packages will be received by December 24, 2020. Shipping times are very unpredictable this Holiday Season. Please allow more time than usual to receive your package.
If you place your order before 2PM on any weekday, you may choose to overnight your order via FEDEX Ground for an additional $27.

Return & Refund Policies
We hope that you will be happy with your order. If you wish to return your product, you may do so provided that the item(s) are unused and complete with the original packaging.
REN Dermatology allows refunds on purchases up to 7 days after the purchase date. After 7 days, you may request a REN Dermatology in-house credit for the amount of purchase. Your REN Dermatology in-house credit will expire after 2 years.
For skincare products, you have 10 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund. After 10 days, you may return your unused, unopened item for an in house credit. Products may not be returned for any reason 30 days after the original purchase date. House credit expires 2 years after date of return.

Please note: Products that are less than ¾ full cannot be returned.
For all returns, please complete the Return column on your Invoice. Place the Return paperwork along with the items you wish to return. The products must be returned unused and in perfect condition complete with original packaging so take care to ensure you have securely packaged up your return.
We recommend that you use a fully tracked service with any reputable carrier for your return. Please keep hold of your proof of postage receipt so you can ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

We aim to process your return within 7 working days of receipt into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund completed. Please include your return paperwork in your return. If it is not included, allow an additional 10 days to process your return.
Your refund will be made via your original method of payment. We advise that it may take up to 15 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
All in-house credits will be issued and kept on file with the original purchaser's information unless otherwise indicated.
Skincare Consults at REN Dermatology

The $75 booking fee goes toward the evaluation of your skincare routine by one of our board-certified dermatology providers. They will go over your current routine, your skincare goals and a recommended course of treatment. If you purchase any of the recommended treatments the same day as your consult, you will receive a percentage off of your purchase.
