We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, or Care Credit.

We offer USPS standard shipping for $7.50. If you place your order before 12PM on any weekday, you may choose to overnight your order via FedEx Ground for an additional $35. We also offer free in-office pickup at our Brentwood location.

If everything is running smoothly, it will take up to 2 business days to process your order. It will then take 5–7 business days after your order is processed to receive your order if it is shipped USPS standard shipping.

We want you to love your skincare products. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at orders@rendermatology.com within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, products cannot be returned or refunded. To be eligible, items must be at least ¾ full and in their original packaging.

If you experience any adverse reactions to a product, please call us right away at 615-835-3220.
